About Me

Hi, my name is Tricia Phillips and I have been a real estate agent since June 1997.  I have been an agent for Century 21 Mike D. Bono & Co.'s since February 1999.  Since working for Century 21 Mike D. Bono & Co.'s, I have been consistently one of the top producers for the office and received numerous awards including the Quality Service Pinnacle award.  I specialize in residential, land, and commercial sales.  I stand by the Century 21 Service Pledge and pride myself on top quality service to all my clients.

I am a graduate of McNeese State University. I have completed several courses through the Century 21 system including the M.A.P. (Massive Action Plan) Coaching Course and the Century 21 Plus Training. I received my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) Designation in June 2009. I also completed the LR Leadership program in 2014.

I am an active member of the Cowboy Club which is a booster club for McNeese State University athletics since 2005. I also have been a member of the Krewe de Komova since 2006 and served as a board member from 2011 to 2015. I have been an active member of the Southwest Louisiana Association of Realtors since 1997. I serve on two committees, Community Involvement and Strategic Planning, for the Real Estate Board, and I chair the Program committee for the Real Estate Board. I am also a member of the following organizations: Southwest Louisiana Alliance since 2010, an Alpha Delta Pi alumna association since 2014, and Republican Women of SWLA since 2015.

I was recently named the 2015 Realtor of the year for the SWLA Association of Realtors. I have received the Master’s Ruby Designation all of the following years: 2001, 2004, 2008-2012, 2014-2015. In 2013 I received the Master’s Emerald Designation. I have also received the Centry 21 Quality Service Award from 2003 to 2008 and the Century 21 Quality Service Pinnacle Award from 2009 to 2015.

I am married to Bob Phillips, who is retired from the military after 24 years of service and currently works repoing cars. Bob and I enjoy McNeese State University sports and are members of the Cowboy Club which is a booster club for McNeese athletics. Bob serves as the President for the McNeese Cowboy Club. We also enjoy traveling, especially Cruises, and camping.  We are very involved in our Mardi Gras Krewe, the Krewe of Komova and were the Duke & Duchess of Whatever in 2010 and the King and Queen in 2015.

We have 3 daughters, Olivia Norsworthy, Cassie Phillips, and Alaina Norsworthy. Olivia graduated from McNeese in 2014 with a degree in psychology and is currently working in the processing department at Louisiana Mortgage. Cassie is living in Texas and working as a hair stylist.. Alaina graduated from McNeese in 2016 with a degree in Marketing. We love traveling with them and of course shopping with them.

I have lived in Calcasieu Parish for most of my life and Lake Charles for over 25 years.  I believe this is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. I have traveled extensively and am always glad to come home to Lake Charles. I couldn’t imagine raising our girls anywhere else.

After graduating from McNeese I started my career at First Federal Savings & Loan in their Collection/Foreclosure Department.  From there I became co-owner in a cleaning company and then part owner in an investment/rental company.  Then decided to take my career to another level and actually help people to buy their dream home and investors to find good deals on rental properties.  I love my career.  It is so rewarding to see people’s dreams of owning a home happen.  I am a full service realtor.  Even after the sale, my clients know they can call or email me for help or advice on their home needs.

If you are looking for an agent that believes in this area, will work hard for you and is committed to serving you, call me today. I look forward to hearing from you and meeting all your real estate needs.
