Hi! I’m Tricia Phillips and I want to Welcome you to my website.I would like to share some information about myself and my experience in serving Southwest Lousiana home buyers and sellers:

I am consistently one of the top producers at Century 21 Mike D. Bono & Co.'s. I specialize in residential, land and commercial sales. I stand by the Century 21 Service Pledge and pride myself on top quality service to all my clients. I have been a real estate agent since June 1997. I have been a sales associate with Century 21 Mike D. Bono & Co.'s since February 1999.

I have consistently been awarded the Quality Service Pinnacle award by Century 21 since I began my career in the Century 21 system.  I have been a Master Level producer since 2008.

I am a graduate of McNeese State University. I have completed several courses through the Century 21 system including the M.A.P. (Massive Action Plan) Coaching Course and the Century 21 Plus Training. I received my ABR (Accreditied Buyer Representative) Designation in June 2009.  I also completed the Louisiana Realtor’s Leadership Program in 2014.

I am an active member of the Cowboy Club which is a booster club for McNeese athletics since 2005. I also have been a member of the Krewe de Komova since 2006 and served on their Board of Directors from 2011 to 2015. I am an active member of the Southwest Louisiana Association of Realtors. I served on their Board of Directors from 2014-2016, as well as, several of their committees. I was named the 2015 Realtor of the Year for the SWLA Association of Realtors.

I have lived in Calcasieu Parish for most of my life and believe this is a wonderful place to live and raise a family. I have traveled extensively and am always glad to come home to Lake Charles. I am the proud parent of two daughters, who graduated from McNeese State University. I feel blessed to have raised them in the Lake Charles community and that they choose to stay here and continue their education.
